CoCreative Living & Working

Living/Rooms

The separate flats and the furnished rooms with shared kitchen and bathroom offer the comfort of maximum flexibility. They have been designed as stylish and optimally equipped retreats and offer new Berliners a nice “WG feeling for advanced users”.

Work/Studios

The studios in the north, east and west wings of the CoWorking Space Berlin, which can be rented individually or in wings on the first floor, make it easy to get started: All workstations are furnished with table, chair and storage container, 55″ touchscreen displays; the printer zone is available to all.

CoCreation/Meeting

In these zones, there are no limits to creative collaboration. The spaces flow into each other to allow maximum flexibility, collaboration and co-working: With open, adaptable areas, furnished workstations, conversation and phone booths, as well as smaller and larger workshop and meeting rooms. And with access to the green inner courtyards.

CoLounge/CoKitchen

The meeting place to meet for coffee or a snack, to celebrate events, to have guests, to turn up the music, to watch games, to sit at the bar, to enjoy the after-hours of the house.

The Pool/The Chapel/Atelier
In praise of creativity: Repurposing both the chapel and a former swimming pool, the building’s basement now constitutes an atelier, connecting the realms of art and culture. A special kind of spatial experience between poetic brutalism and a natural retreat – an (almost secret) access turns the garden into an additional open air space.
