Spring starts in a week’s time. Are you actually making time for a spring clean? Or do you even feel like it? Tidying up, whether physically or digitally, can sometimes be very liberating! Today we’ve put together a few tips for digital spring cleaning. Feel free to use them as a list to tick off. ✔️😉
1. Delete unwanted emails and unsubscribe from newsletters that have been annoying you for a while.
2. Organize your emails in folders or use labels to mark messages that have been left behind.
3. Scan your computer for duplicate or unnecessary files to send them to the desert for good.
4. Create a clear folder structure to finally bring light into the data jungle.
5. Also check your cloud storage and delete unnecessary clutter.
6. Update all apps and software on your computer and smartphone. The latest features and security updates will also give you some satisfaction!
7. Delete apps that you no longer use. Chaka, you can do it!
8. Check and update your passwords. Perhaps a password manager is also something for you?
9. Activate two-factor authentication, because safety first applies here too!
10. Check your friend or follower lists on social media and boldly remove contacts you can do without.
