Temporary living in our CoSpace combines several amenities under one roof. New Berliners or students can move into ultra-modern, fully furnished living spaces for flexible rental periods of 6-18 months. They also benefit from well-equipped communal areas such as large kitchens and the CoLounge, which are cleaned regularly. Our CoSpace combines living and working concepts that are particularly attractive for freelancers, startups, and digital workers. Living and working at the same time is therefore easily possible at CREON. Another advantage is the easy access to our community. Our CoLiving area has a fully equipped kitchen that invites you to enjoy meals together. The CoLounge is also open daily until 10 p.m. for dinner, chilling out, or studying. The rooms are tailored to different needs, which we would like to present to you in detail:
- Small but nice: our cozy rooms, ranging from 14 to 27 square meters, are fully furnished. You can use the fully equipped shared kitchen at any time. You share the bathroom with one other person. On the 4th floor, the cozy rooms even have sunny balconies.
- A little more luxury: in our 26 m² apartments, you have your own bathroom and a small kitchenette with a microwave, refrigerator, stove, and sink. For larger cooking sessions, you can also use the communal kitchen.
All rooms and apartments also have a work desk. For teams who want to form shared apartments, there is also the option of renting entire wings by floor.
