to CREON CoSpace!

To make your start at CREON CoSpace as smooth and comfortable as possible, we’ve put together this House Guide with all the key information you’ll need during your stay. Think of it as your quick reference for everything that helps you make the most of your workspace and our community areas.

We’re thrilled to have you with us and wish you a productive and inspiring time at CREON CoSpace!

1. CREON Team & Contacts

Our reception is located in the main area and is open Monday to Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We’re happy to assist you with any questions regarding CREON, your room, or your tenancy. If the reception is temporarily unattended, you can always reach us by email.

In case of serious technical issues (e.g. electricity, water, etc.) outside our service hours, please contact our external technical service provider Gf Wachdienst.

2. Communication

To keep you informed about important updates (maintenance work, community events, etc.), we regularly send out newsletters, post notices, and update the Community Board located in the main area near the reception. Please make sure to check these announcements regularly.

3. Access System

You can access the building and your workspace with the personal transponder you received at handover.

For security reasons, the transponder must be updated at least every 7 days at the reader located at the main entrance or garage gate. Otherwise, it will automatically lose its validity. The update happens automatically when you hold your transponder to the reader.

If it ever stops working, simply hold it again to the main entrance reader to reactivate it. Feel free to reach out if you need any help.

4. WI-FI & Internet

You’ll receive your personal VLAN access details for the “CREON CoSpace” network either during handover or from your company’s contact person.

Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire property.

5. Security Cameras

For the safety of all coworkers, residents, guests, and shared spaces (such as the CoLounge and garden), these areas are equipped with security cameras. If you notice anything unusual, please let us know.

6. Cleaning & Waste Disposal

Our cleaning staff is on-site Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM, taking care of shared areas, kitchens, and restrooms. Please leave the kitchen tidy after use and load your dishes into the dishwasher before leaving for the day.

From around 6:00 PM, offices and coworking areas are cleaned on weekdays.

Waste bins for paper, plastic, residual waste, bio waste, and glass are located in the courtyard area.

You can reach it via the street – just exit through the main entrance and turn right.

7. Mail & Parcel Box

If you have your own studio (and therefore a labeled mailbox), your mail will be delivered directly there.

For Fixed Desk and Flex Desk members, letters are kept at reception for collection.

We’re also happy to accept parcels during reception hours and store them for pickup.
If you’d like to receive parcels (and possibly letters) independently, feel free to use our free parcel box next to the mailboxes. To register, please email us your email address and mobile number.

8. Community Areas

The CoLounge is open to all coworkers Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM for work or relaxation.

You can access the garden via the gate to the right of the main entrance or through the exit behind the meeting rooms.

In the kitchens, you’ll find coffee machines, water dispensers, dishes, microwaves, and dishwashers. Plant-based milk alternatives are available in the fridges. Feel free to enjoy small treats such as syrup or fruit that we provide for our community.

9. Smoke Detectors & Fire Safety

All studios and shared areas are equipped with smoke detectors connected directly to the building’s fire alarm system. Therefore, smoking and open flames (e.g., candles) are strictly prohibited throughout the building.

In case of fire, the system will trigger a building alarm — please also call the fire department (112) yourself. Take a moment to familiarize yourself with the nearest fire alarm button, emergency exits, and extinguishers.

10. Printer

Printing is cloud-based and runs via uniFLOW.

1. Go to https://creon-cospace.eu.uniflowonline.com and sign in with your email address.

2. You’ll receive an email with a temporary login link (no password needed).
3. Upload your file by drag & drop or by selecting it manually.

4. Print your document at any of our printers by entering your personal PIN (sent to you in a separate uniFLOW email).

You can also print easily via the uniFLOW Online App.

Your monthly printing allowance is specified in your service contract.

11. Meeting Rooms

There are four meeting rooms available on the ground floor, two of which can be combined into one large room.

Bookings can be made via Cobot (login details are included in your welcome email) or directly at reception.

Your room allowance is defined in your service contract and can be used on a semi-annual basis (until June 30 and December 31).

After booking, please have your transponder updated at reception to ensure access to the room.

Instructions for the room technology are provided on-site and of course, we’re happy to assist you personally before your meeting to make sure everything runs smoothly.

12. Bicycle & Car Parking

Free bicycle parking spaces are available in front of the building and in the underground garage. If you’d like to use one of the locked bicycle rooms in the garage, please send us a photo of your bike and your transponder number so we can program access for you.

Car parking spaces (both in the underground garage and the outdoor area) are also available for rent — just reach out if you’re interested!
