1. Consideration for the community: music on? Yes please! But with headphones! It’s also best to use your phone quietly in the appropriate retreats – we have special phone boxes here at CREON. And keep conversations with other members in the co-working areas at an appropriate volume level. In the CoLounge, on the other hand, louder conversations are also okay, as there should be room for relaxed socializing.
2. Cleanliness & tidiness: It goes without saying – leave your workplace clean and tidy and clear away your garbage. Of course, this also applies to communal areas such as our CoKitchen and the lounge.
3. Shared resources: use printers, kitchen utensils and our barista machines as carefully as you would your own equipment.
4. Privacy: Avoid invading the privacy of others and keep confidential conversations discreet. At CREON CoSpace we have a lot of space and a garden, so this should be very easy.
5. Flexibility in the community: be open to collaborative work and share resources fairly to create a comfortable atmosphere for everyone.
6. Communication: Our team is always available for you until 6 p.m. on weekdays and will be happy to help you with any questions or problems. Communication with other users should also always be open and friendly.
