I've been working at Creon for over a year, and it's been a great place to work in Berlin. The neighborhood is pleasant, with several coffee spots and restaurants nearby. Mehringdamm is also just around the corner for more options. The coworking space is well-equipped: spacious desks, lockers, and a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine. The atmosphere is calm and minimalist, which makes it easy to focus. Pricing is reasonable for Berlin, and the flexibility to share one desk between two people is a nice bonus.
I also appreciate  the little extras, like the friendly team, and the after-work events they organize. Highly recommended for freelancers and remote workers looking for a quiet, functional, and well-located workspace in Kreuzberg.

An amazing Experience!

I was living at Creon for 10 Months during my practical Semester and my Bachelor thesis. If you are in Berlin temporarily I don't believe there is a better place for you to stay where you can meet kind roomates and interesting people from all over the world. The Area is great for jogging (Victoria Park, Tempelhofer Feld) and close to Mehringdamm, wich serves as kin of a downtown area with a lot of good food and Bars.

I lived with seven other people in my wing. We had two stoves and four bathrooms. Each bathroom was shared with one other person. It might first seem like a lot but it really isn't, because the shared spaces get cleaned very professionally once a week! I was lucky to be in a very social wing where we cooked, talked, went out and played games together to the point where it felt like an extended family. There never was any pressure to participate but it was always open and accepting and that's one of the things that made the experience the most amazing so far.

As my former roomates Duarte and Bernd (great people btw. :)) described in their review I agree, if you go to the monthly pizzapartys and are open towards others you will have no trouble finding people you can hang out and spend time (e.g. bouldering or going to latin/salsa events) with and if not than that's fine too and no one will bother you for it.

Last but not least the staff is doing an amazing job of taking care of the building and the people, creating a feel good Atmosphere. If you're heading home for an extended period of time they even take care of your room, (if you want them to) e.g. watering plants and ventilating. If there is an issue it, usually gets fixed the next day.

The cleaning staff deserves a special praise! It is the friendliest, most diligent staff and works persistent to keep the building an the community spaces clean.

I can only repeat myself it has been an amazing experience and I couldn't be happier to have chosen Creon for my stay.

Lived at Creon almost a year and couldn't be more grateful for my experience! The facilities are excellent (and shockingly clean, seriously), the location is perfect (I feel in love with Viktoriapark, which is right across the street), and the staff are warm, helpful, and truly care about us. The community at Creon is extremely special, and, more, I credit it for much of the wonderful experience I had living in Berlin. Thank you all!

I've been a dedicated member of CREON for the past year. The space offers a great combination of services, infrastructure, and a welcoming community.

The coworking space is well-appointed with modern amenities and a comfortable atmosphere. The staff is incredibly helpful and always available to assist with any questions or needs. I've found their friendly demeanor and professionalism to be invaluable.

One of the most significant benefits of being a member has been the opportunity to connect with other professionals. I've made some great contacts while working on my studies and side job. The diverse community has enriched my experience and provided valuable knowledge exchanges.

As a fixed desk member, I've appreciated the flexibility to access the space at any time. This has been particularly helpful for achieving demanding student projects in a calm and productive environment.

I highly recommend CREON CoSpace to anyone seeking a professional workspace.

Cool cowork space. Stylish and modern. Very friendly staff at reception. A good alternative for expensive Berlin.
Everything you need for daily life is within walking distance.
The beautiful Viktoriapark is located directly above the Creon. From there you have a great view of Berlin…

Regarding a photographic project, I was able to rent one of the studios in the exciting building with great infrastructure and concept in order to realize it. The contact via email and phone calls was very pleasant, as was the reception when we met in person.
I was also helped quickly and easily when I spontaneously re-planned my project, so that I was able to successfully implement my schedule.

A special thank you to Ms. Kilic for the great support.

I did one year of master studies in Berlin and I have to thank Creon for taking a big role in my amazing experience.
I had a room for myself, shared kitchen by 8 and bathroom for two (including myself). My co-living group was incredible, very cooperative, flexible, outgoing and they really made an effort to create a home and share environment.

Price/Quality:
In my opinion this is their best quality as you will see in my below review. I compared to my friends that were studying or start working and all of them complimented Creon facilities given the price. From what I saw in my social circle I would say Creon was the best one.

Cleaning:
Amazing, 5 stars really. You have weekly cleaning in the common areas. I have no complaints on the cleaning service. The cleaning creon member was super sweet and a 5 stars job. Outside the wing, all facilities are in a very good state, even in the winter with the wet shoes and umbrellas.

Location:
In my view one of the best in the city. You have 2 subway stations nearby and a nice bus network. Viktoria park became my favourite spot in Berlin, good for runs, walks, sunsets, gathering with friends…
Tempelhofer Feld perfect for cycling, running, bbq…
Bergmannstrasse with a lot of good restaurants and nice environment.
You are central enough in Berlin and outside the business of the central city.

Staff:
Overall very good! Reception staff looked forward to improve themselves and listen to you. They were attentive and caring. Cleaning staff was outstanding and Maintenance staff was effective!

Room:
Given in a perfect state and clean. Spacious and with room for storage. Cosy design and good lighting.
Be very careful in the way you take care of your room, specially the walls. The handover protocol is quite restrictive in the state you return your room. My experience was good but I heard of people with a less good experience. I would say that if you are careful you won’t raise any problems. In the end, I enjoyed the state my room was given in.

Kitchen:
Suited for 3 people cooking at the same time although I barely had time collisions when cooking. Being able to cook side by side with a flatmate made it fun! Two stoves and two ovens is awesome!
Many tenants leave things behind so when moving in take that into account. Some flatmates of mine barely bought stuff.

People:
You have half people from 19-25 and half 25-35 I would say. A big chunk of my friend’s group was from Creon! Go to the monthly pizza dinner and be outgoing in the common areas and you will manage to find nice friendships there!

Winter:
Heating system and window termal isolation in the room is very good! Good shower and warm building overall.

Bicycle and Garden:
Having a bike park is awesome. You enter directly the building and is a way to keep your bike in a better shape in the winter.
I really enjoyed being with friends in the garden or doing some ioga there. They have a pingpong table which is a nice icebreaker when you are getting to know people. I would just add two pull-up bars in one of the corners of the garden ;).

Lounge Room:
You have access to a big lounge room where you can work or host a small gathering. In the winter when is harder to study in a libary it is a nice place to change your surroundings.

Getting a contract:
Fast answers, fast contact, simple protocol!

Language:
Language was never a barrier. All communications are made in German and English. Staff members have a good English. One of those small details that makes you more comfortable in the place you live.

Laundry:
Barely had collisions with washing machines. Good price for what Berlin has to offer. Good quality machines!

Overall I had a really good experience and I barely have complains. I have to say that my experience was quite determined by my flatmates and the environment in my wing. I had 13 roommates in my stay and things went smooth, if you put active effort in your relations you avoid many problems.

Thank you to all members of creon for making my experience in Berlin a memorable one. I highly recommend creon.

I lived here for approximately a year and the place was amazing. The room has everything you need, everything in the kitchen works perfect and the bathroom is also nice. The weekly cleaning is super. If anything doesn’t work or there is just something that concerns you, you can always go to the reception and they make sure that it is fixed as soon as possible. The only downside is that you have to pay a small amount for the washing machines. So in short, the wing and staff are amazing and I would advise anyone who wants to live in Berlin to live in creon.

I am extremely thankful to Creon CoSpace for letting me stay there!
I moved to Berlin from Russia and had no chance to find anything: no bank account in any EU bank, no prove of salary - just job contract. But I got lucky to contact Creon and despite my circumstances they welcomed me.
I lived 6 months in a room and 7 months in one of the apartments.
Rooms and apartment were freshly renovated. Common areas were very good cleaned by a cleaning team.
Receptionists were always very helpful. I really enjoyed my stay there. Thank you!!!

Modern and pleasant place to live. The staff members at Creon are nice and professional. I wanted to stay long term but it has to remain a dynamic place therefore I see why they limit the duration of the rentals. I very much enjoyed the months I spent there, in my room with view, in the smartly designed common areas and in the co-working hall.

I couldn’t recommend this Facilities high enough. I used the CoLiving Room on the 4th Floor and it was just great.
The Room is modern and functional. The Kitchen and Bath, wich I shared with my Floormades where also new, clean and functional.
But the best about my time there was the Staff. They where always so kind and friendly. And if I had a topic or something that had to be fixed, it was solved within a day.
They really made this a second home for me.
